Bruce Dees Music
is involved in many aspects of creating
music. In addition to artist development and publishing,
we also house an independent record label, Offrow
Records. Currently, Offrow Records has two active
artists:
Kira Small (sultry R&B songstress) and
Daryl Mosley (traditional country/gospel artist
& writer). Our two music publishing companies are
Gerry Bruce Music/ASCAP and Notkintorick Music/BMI.
Off Row Records, was originally
founded by Bruce Dees as an independent record label to
release an album by newly signed country/gospel
writer/artist Daryl Mosley. Bruce also produced,
recorded and mixed the album at “Homework”, Bruce ‘s
home recording facility. In 2007 Daryl’s song
He
Saw It All won the prestigious Southern Gospel
Music Guild award for song of the year for 2006.
Gerry Bruce Music, Bruce’s ASCAP music publishing
company also won the SGMG award for publisher of the
year for the song. Later, Bruce signed writer/artist
Kira Small to an exclusive writer’s agreement with Gerry
Bruce Music and artist agreement with Off Row Records.
He then started development for the Off Row album
Love In A Dangerous World which was released in
2006 with Bruce again, producing, recording, mixing and
playing guitar on Kira’s album, also recorded and mixed
at Homework. |
